Spring Cottage, Okeford Fitzpaine Progress

During the Christmas break, I had the chance to visit the clients of Spring Cottage, Okeford Fitzpaine.

This was a project which began in the summer of 2014 in which I was involved with the initial design scheme with Bridport based architect Nepheli Theophanidas (http://www.theogreendesigns.co.uk/) during my practice experience with Western Design Architects.

After a lengthy challenging design process, planning approval had been achieved in March 2015. During the Building Regulations stage, there had been several anomalies and unexpected site issues that had caused further construction delays. However, the proposed garage and two storey extensions to the converted chapel residence is pushing on nicely.
