Colwell Green Roof Double Garage Construction Completed

The finally constructed detached Double Garage has a Wildflower Green Roof according to the construction specification of Sky Garden and to these requirements:

- The Zinc roof was replaced with a coping stone border to surround the green roof to provide a more traditional look to the garage

- The overall height was successfullly kept below the sitting room window from the main dwelling as required

- Matching electric up and over doors match the side door and the tame grey add to the traditional architectural feel.

They full plans were prepared (including load calculations for building control) and details to allow for the construction tender.
