Introduction

My chosen site is 79 Camden Road / 98-100 St Pancras Way, which is situated on the main road that links Camden Town to Tottenham (the A503). The popular Camden Markets are 350m to the west of the site, the suburbs of Kentish Town to the North, and the new Kings Cross Development 600m to the Southeast. The site is situated closely to Camden Road Overground Station and rest on the boundary that separates the town centre from the residential district, which is rich in stucco architecture houses as opposed to just flats. Ironically, also opposite these houses is a skate park situated  in Cantelowes Gardens close by to the northeast. To the south is Regents Park a little further down from Camden Town Centre.
